Litigation has been at the core of the firm's practice since its founding almost eighty years ago.  Our more than 200 litigators represent clients in every aspect of business and commercial litigation.  Many firms talk about their litigators; at Sheppard Mullin we talk about our trial lawyers (i.e., they actually do battle in a courtroom with a flag, judge and jury).  The litigation we handle on behalf of our clients often involves complex, "bet the company" types of cases that are novel, interesting and challenging.

Attorneys in this group include lawyers who are Fellows of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers, have been named as "Leading Litigators in America" by LawDragon magazine, have been recognized as being among the "Top 75 Women Litigators in California" by the Daily Journal, and have been named "Attorneys of the Year" for litigation by the Daily Journal.
