Our corporate attorneys represent domestic and international clients that range from private to public companies, and from startups/emerging businesses to international corporations. Our corporate lawyers like to say "we get deals done."  And we get deals done for major corporations such as The Boeing Company as well as for startups whose names you haven't heard of.  We handle initial and later stage venture financings; leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations; public offerings; mergers and acquisitions ("M&A"); SEC compliance; and joint venture and strategic alliance arrangements.

Several of our offices are located in or near high tech centers (Del Mar: the center for cutting edge biotech; Santa Barbara: serving the high tech "101 Corridor"; San Francisco: near Silicon Valley; and Washington, D.C.: near northern Virginia and the Dulles technology corridor).  As a result, we often advise rapidly growing technology companies.
