Theresa W. Bangert

Theresa Bangert is an associate in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Bangert specializes in creditors rights, business bankruptcy and business litigation. Her experience includes representing secured and unsecured creditors, receivers and indenture trustees in bankruptcy. She has also represented clients in a variety of business disputes involving claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, breach of contract and unfair business practices. Ms. Bangert has experience in all aspects of California and Federal civil procedure, as well as bankruptcy procedure, including drafting and opposing motions; arguing motions in court; propounding and responding to discovery; securing provisional remedies, conducting judgment debtor exams; preparing for trial and private arbitration, and post-judgment enforcement.
