Ronda D. Jamgotchian

Ronda D. Jamgotchian is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Jamgotchian has defended employers against a variety of employment-based charges, including allegations of harassment, retaliation, and discrimination based on age, race, sex, national origin, and disability, along with wage and hour violations, breach of contract, and wrongful termination.  She has appeared in both state and federal court, and before administrative agencies including the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.  Ms. Jamgotchian is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution, having assisted clients in obtaining favorable resolutions to disputes through mediation and direct negotiation.  Ms. Jamgotchian regularly counsels employers on a wide range of labor and employment law issues, including personnel policies and procedures, employee discipline, and wage and hour matters.
