Dan Brooks

Mr. Brooks is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Brooks represents domestic and international clients in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate finance, and CFIUS reviews of foreign investment in the United States.  He also assists clients in the satellite, broadcast, and wireless industries with regulatory matters such as licensing, transfers of control, media ownership reporting requirements, and rulemaking proceedings.  Mr. Brooks is a frequent writer on legislative and regulatory developments affecting the communications industry.
