Intellectual Property Associate

Sheppard Mullin, an AmLaw 100 firm with over 500 attorneys practicing in eleven offices, seeks an associate with a minimum of 4 years experience for its Intellectual Property practice group in the Washington D.C. office. Experience in both patent prosecution and patent litigation required. Advanced degree in the life sciences disciplines highly preferred. Breadth of work will include prosecution, litigation, and counseling of domestic and international clients focused on technological developments in molecular biology, pharmaceuticals, bioinformatics, pharmaceutical small molecules, diagnostics, and medical methodologies and devices. Excellent academic credentials and active bar membership required.
