Intellectual Property / Patent Prosecution (E.E. required)

Our Silicon Valley (Menlo Park, CA) office is seeking a mid-level associate for its patent practice.  The attorney should have an electrical engineering degree and substantial experience in patent prosecution, as well as membership in the California bar.  We prefer an attorney from a large firm or intellectual property boutique with 3-4 years of experience in this area.  Some litigation experience is preferred as well.  The associate will have significant responsibility and daily client contact, and must be able to work independently without direct supervision.  Networking is expected and the associate's efforts will be supported by the senior lawyers in the practice.  Candidate should have high grades from a nationally ranked law school.  Qualified applicants should send their resume with law school and undergraduate transcripts to Nadia Ferrari at the email address above.
